Today, 8 out of our 21 office team members are women, contributing daily to our operations, engineering, planning, and strategy. Among them, 3 women hold management positions, helping lead key departments and driving the company’s vision forward.

Our commitment to gender inclusivity goes beyond the workplace. MonoSteel actively supports young women in engineering and technical fields by offering internships to university students, providing them with hands-on experience and mentorship.

This program is more than just a training opportunity—it’s a launchpad. Based on performance and passion, many of these young women are offered full-time roles, continuing their journey with MonoSteel as they grow into professionals who inspire the next generation.

We also collaborate with universities and technical schools to speak at career events, offer site visits, and promote STEM education for women. By doing so, we aim to close the gender gap in construction and engineering from the ground up.
